All orders should be received by One Point no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day before your delivery day. Orders are generally shipped within three business days of this date. When your order arrives, please check it against your packing slip. Advise One Point of any discrepancies immediately. If a custom or stock item is on backorder, there is no need to re-order that item; it will automatically be shipped once we have new inventory. If you have any questions, please contact Vern.
